2019/20 Venue Planning Questionnaire

If not already, you should soon receive an email with a link to the forms page to obtain a copy of the Venue Planning Questionnaire for 2019/20. I'd be really grateful if you could complete it and return it with the £5 booking fee so that I can secure the correct pool time that we need for next year. The questionnaire is posted <here on the forms page> of the website from where you can print or download a copy.
